Life's Bridges Hawaii
Bereavement care is the foundation of our programs and is offered through one-on-one support, family support or through community referrals. Community outreach and eduction is an important component of our services. We strive to educate the community on death, the powers of grief and the healing process.
Life’s Bridges understands the impact that a suicide death has on our community.
We have taken on an active role in suicide prevention by offering workshops and speaking engagements in an effort to create a suicide free community.

NAMI Kauai
Free, in-person peer support groups. These groups offer respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope for people living with mental illness. Free and confidential. Held every Tuesday in Lihue. Also offering family-to-family support groups held virtually & in-person (Kapaa & Hanapepe). In NAMI Family Support Groups, families join a caring group of individuals helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom. Family members can achieve a renewed sense of hope for their loved one living with mental health challenges.
